Why the talk about the frenulum? Of course it’s still going to be there… they don’t “carve it out” when circumcising. It’s sort of an integral feature of the penis… yes, of course, it will be affected by the procedure to some degree, but it doesn’t always go completely, nor is scarring always an issue (if the doctor is decent, lol). Can’t always see a scar either, if their skin tone matches, I don’t know… most human beings are natural darker anyway on the genitalia, under arms, knees, elbows and beard area (for men). But I’m uncut & while it’s true, natural is more sensitive, it’s just a diff type of sensitivity—getting any kind of medical procedure (or even a piercing) done anywhere will result in sensitivity, 100%

It doesn't look like he has any frenulum left. It was probably carved out when he was circumcised. He is stimulating his circumcision scar.
