  • Inulin is the active ingredient in Fiber One. I took 60 grams in a drink, which is 8 tablespoons equivalent to about 7 Fiber One bars. The results were epic.

@fartsniff97 Mostly the volume and flammability. There were several farts that did smell like shit that was set on fire.
