Get a USB endoscope with 6 mm or shorter foco distance. Put it in a Silicon tube with the tip cover by any soft rubber preferablly a clear Silicon rubber so that it won't dammage ur colon. Another key is u need a air pump to open the channel as u insert it. I clean my colon with a big glass of milk since I am lactose intolerance and it works for me. The insertion has to be slow, but firm and steady presssing it in. It really need some practice and don't force it.
