So good! This girl is very fortunate to have had her surgery in a place where she could be asleep for the excitement. Unfortunately, we don't have the facilities for general anesthetic in my clinic. Instead, this procedure would have been preceded by a number of quite painful injections of local anesthetic.

There are a couple other videos on this site that demonstrate these, and the discomfort that they cause.

Of course, the locally injected anesthesia cannot take away all the discomfort, especially from the very thick, voluminous bulking agent being injected here.

Fortunately I do have a staff of supportive assistants to help the patients with their struggle to get through the difficult procedure. All of my patients trust their doctor to keep them healthy and get them through the pain, to see them through to the other side of all that unpleasantness.
