@B-b-sdf I think he was in "twilight" sedation. This is where he is not completely out but really not able to physically resist. If you notice he fight at first in part 1 and then upon breathing the gas he becomes lethargic and not physically moving. Later when the cath it going in, he can surely feel it as he grunts and the doc says to just relax and breath (in other words, it's happening buddy so just get through it). When they remove it in this part, he really grunts and moves a bit, so I presume he's coming out of twilight sedation. Also, the cath appears to be a size 18 or 20 and probably was slightly larger than his penis could handle - normal is Size 14 or 16 - this patient's penis isn't that large so it may have been a little more invasive for him.

great video! it reminds me of the exam done in the emergency room for trauma patients, though the patient is usually log rolled before the rectal exam. please keep us updated!!!
