I was looking through my bookmarks for the last 2 hours and the links or rather the websites are mostly dead. The one about the couple who did the cervix penetration thing should have been on forums.newarts.com - most likely under either "female pumping" or the saline board. But it's been about ten years since then.

The other tree cases i can remember were quite different. One was from a woman in the US suffering from air embolism after using a vaginal douche during pregnancy. The ... was reported to be foaming and stuff. There were news on serveral websites back then but I can't find anything anymore. The second case was around 2010 or earlier and involved said carrot - it was quite the fuel for some derps who were making a drama out of it on certain forums and image boards (inflatechan (dead), 8chan (dead) and bodyinflation.org) where the news were shared back then. I just found out that they even made a short movie out of it which severely disrupts my attempts to find it since most search results point to that crap now.
The cuccumber one is the only one i just remember vaguely. It was about 2006 or so when people on stormrszone wrote about it. Said website was later taken over by Bambiblaze who turned it into ExpansionMansion or something like that. The site went down in flames when Bambi started hiding stuff other people made and uploaded behind a paywall. Even if you paid you were unable to remove your content. About one or two years of radio silence someone reported that she got arrested due to being accused to run a forum where people shared shit that I don't even want to mention... Not sure if it is true but I think that she got falsely accused by someone - she was quite hated by a lot of people after all.

In the end it IS possible in theory but very unlikely (just like getting hit by the falling bolt). Two (non preggo) cases could be found but it doen't seem like it was really proofed (examined years after ...). Woman who are not pregnant are pretty much safe as long as there are no serious injuries. In case there is ... - just stop and continue another time. ... on the other hand is something I'm sot sure about. Avoid it during that time if you are unsure. All the claims about a tiny bubble are non-sense. I did read something about 30 ml a few times which is quite a lot and even that might be somewhat in the safe zone. I was put on the IV line a couple times already (ouch) and I always saw quite a lot of tiny bubbles going in - so why am I still alive!?
