I like it impressive time. Definitely should do these as bh games too. For instance a bh pyramid were you hold your breath for a minute then let go inhale and hold for 2 minutes then repeat for 3 minutes, then 2 again and finally 1 minute. Could be fun for intense contractions as the co2 build up happens
